Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on vehicles following repair orders and dealership procedures.
• Test-drive vehicles and use advanced diagnostic tools to assess and repair systems such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension.
• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems to ensure vehicles operate at peak condition.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about necessary repairs and services.
• Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications with high workmanship standards.
• Perform other duties to support dealership goals.
