Job summary

Motor Coach Industries (MCI) is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Advisor to support the daily functions of the Parts Department in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor inventory, process orders, and assist technicians while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in parts distribution, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a customer-service mindset. Benefits start on day one, with a comprehensive package and competitive wages.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a parts distribution environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct activities of Parts Department supporting Technicians and retail customers.
• Develop, monitor and maintain relationships with parts vendors.
• Ensure stocking levels with accurate minimum and maximum values.
• Maintain clean and organized parts room and warehouse areas.
• Process daily, weekly and monthly Parts Department reporting and cycle counts.
