Heritage Mazda Bel Air, part of MileOne Autogroup, is hiring a Parts Advisor/Parts Counterperson for a high-volume dealership. You will assist customers and internal teams with parts questions, communicate ship times, and record transactions in our DMS system.

Requirements include 1–3 years in the automotive industry, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems. Great benefits and career advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Reynolds and Reynolds, DMS, and/or POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers and internal teams with parts related questions in person, via email and/or on the phone.
• Effectively communicate estimated parts ship and arrival times, and provide support for technical parts questions.
• Accurately record parts transactions and data into our Dealer Management System.
• Prioritize and efficiently manage a high volume of work and meet deadlines.
• Maintain daily metric goals.
• Perform other duties as needed.
