Job summary

Ted Moore Auto Group is growing and seeks a full-time, motivated Parts Advisor/Parts Counter Person to support our Parts/Service team in Oklahoma City. You will order, receive, bill parts, assist customers and technicians, and help with inventory while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

• Order, receive, and bill all parts.
• Maintain proper storage of parts and stock shelves.
• Assist retail customers and technicians with parts needs.
• Answering phones and guiding customers.
• Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and records.
• Pickup and delivery of parts as needed.
• Keep the department orderly, neat, and clean.
• Maintain a superior level of customer service.
