Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and bill all parts.
• Maintain proper storage of parts.
• Stock shelves and organize parts inventory.
• Assist retail customers and technicians.
• Answering phones and directing inquiries.
• Support inventory management with bin counts and records.
• Pickup and delivery of parts as needed.
• Keep the department tidy and clean.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Parts Advisor Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Order, receive, and bill all parts
• Maintain proper storage of parts
• Stock shelves
