GROWTH = OPPORTUNITY

Responsibilities

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for providing vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Answer phones and greet customers & vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the counter, work area, and stockroom.
• Coordinate with the Service Team to ensure parts are available for vehicle repairs and services.
• Order parts from suppliers based on Service Department and customer requests.
• Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate areas for easy access.
• Take inventory, maintain records of goods received, and keep perpetual inventory controls.
• Process payments or obtain credit authorizations.
• Handle core returns, warranties, and parts returns as necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous parts advisor experience preferred.
• Understanding of basic automotive components and systems.
• Automotive dealership service experience is a plus.
• Automotive certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record in your state of residence.
