Responsibilities

1. Answer telephone and greet customers & vendors professionally.
2. Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the counter, work area, and stockroom.
3. Coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service with the Service Team.
4. Order parts from suppliers based on requests.
5. Receive, unpack, and store parts properly.
6. Manage inventory, record goods received, and maintain controls.
7. Handle payments and credit authorizations.
8. Process core returns, warranties, and parts returns as needed.

Qualifications

1. Previous parts advisor experience preferred.
2. Understanding of automotive components and systems.
3. Dealership service experience is a plus.
4. Automotive certifications are a plus.
5. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
