• Order, receive, and bill all parts
• Maintain proper storage of parts
• Stock shelves
• Assist retail customers and technicians
• Answer phones
• Manage parts inventory through bin counts and record keeping
• Pick-up and deliver parts
• Keep department and work area neat, orderly, and clean
• Provide superior customer service
• Perform other duties as directed by management
