Job summary

Dallas Honda, part of Lithia & Driveway, seeks a Parts Advisor to support a high-volume service department. You will assist customers, technicians, and vendors with parts inquiries and orders, coordinate with the service team to source parts, and manage stock and inventory for fast access.

You will also process purchases and returns, maintain inventory records, and provide excellent customer service in person and by phone.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive, aftermarket, powersports, trucking, or parts experience.
• Understanding of automotive systems and components.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, rotating Saturdays Pay: Base Salary + Commission

What You’ll Do As a Parts Advisor

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our service department running efficiently while providing exceptional support to customers and technicians.

• Assist customers, technicians, and vendors with parts inquiries and orders.
• Coordinate with the service team to source parts for repairs and maintenance.
• Order, receive, stock, and organize inventory for quick accessibility.
• Process customer purchases, returns, warranties, and core returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control processes.
• Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.

What You’ll Bring

• 1 or more years of previous automotive, aftermarket, powersports, trucking, or parts experience
• Understanding of automotive systems and components.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience with inventory management and computer systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
