Job summary

RideNow - North Ft. Worth is seeking a Parts Counter Sales Associate to deliver top-tier service. You will assist customers and technicians in identifying the right parts, answer questions in person and over the phone, and keep inventory records up to date.

You will stock and organize parts, maintain clean displays, update customers on orders, and contribute to a smooth dealership experience. Previous parts retail or dealership experience helps, and you should be comfortable standing for long

• 1+ year experience in parts retail (dealership experience preferred).
• Familiar with inventory systems and POS software (CDK, Lightspeed, etc.).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience in parts retail (dealership experience preferred)
• Familiar with inventory systems and POS software preferred (CDK, Lightspeed, etc.)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
