Job summary

RideNow Powersports-Concord is seeking a Parts Counter Sales Associate to deliver excellent service. In this role, you will assist customers in identifying the correct parts and manage inventory. You’ll also ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and organization.

The ideal candidate has over 1 year of parts retail experience, preferably in a dealership, and is detail-oriented. We offer commission-based pay along with medical and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in parts retail, dealership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and POS software preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.

Parts Counter Sales Associate

RideNow Powersports-Concord is looking for a Parts Counter Sales Associate who’s ready to deliver top-tier service.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying the correct parts to meet their needs
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Accurately enter and manage customer and inventory information
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts
• Maintain clean, well-organized displays
• Keep customers updated on orders and ensure satisfaction
• Take on additional tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience in parts retail (dealership experience preferred)
• Familiar with inventory systems and POS software preferred (CDK, Lightspeed, etc.)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
