Job summary

Greenhouse Software is seeking a results-oriented product marketing professional to own partnerships marketing from pricing and packaging to launch and enablement. You will lead the GTM strategy and execution for partnerships, developing messaging and joint value propositions for partner launches and campaigns.

You will craft compelling content for field and partner teams, build sales enablement materials, and track partnership performance to inform future decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in SaaS product marketing, partner/channel marketing, or a closely related go-to-market role.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with ability to translate technical concepts into clear language.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and moving projects forward without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing for partnerships from pricing and packaging, positioning and messaging through launch and enablement.
• Lead the GTM strategy and end-to-end execution for partnerships.
• Develop messaging and value propositions for partner launches and co-marketing moments.
• Build and maintain sales enablement materials and collateral for field and partner teams.
• Measure partnership performance and inform future packaging, messaging, and prioritization.
