Job summary

Addepar seeks a Partnerships Product Manager to steer external technology partner ecosystem strategy and governance. You will align partnerships with the core product strategy, drive technical execution, and maintain security and data governance across integrations.

The role reports to the Head of Product and requires authorization to work in the United States. Starting pay is market-based with base salary range highlighted in postings, plus bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management within B2B SaaS, financial tech or enterprise API platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern web architectures and developer ecosystems.
• Experience coordinating across Legal, Security, Compliance, and GTM teams.

Responsibilities

• Align partnerships with Addepar’s product strategy and platform.
• Lead governance and enablement for partner integrations and onboarding.
• Drive partner ARR, distribution, retention, and gross-margin improvements.
• Create scalable processes for partner engagements and risk assessment.
