RecorGroup is seeking a New Partnerships Coordinator to support our Kroger division in lead generation and pipeline management. You will conduct market research, qualify prospects, and maintain CRM data to drive targeted outreach.

Responsibilities include designing campaigns, analyzing performance, and collaborating with senior leadership to tailor proposals and secure partnerships. This role requires based-in Cincinnati area and strong CPG experience.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years' experience in CPG sales, account management, or business development.
• Direct experience working with Kroger is required.
• Strong understanding of the CPG/grocery industry landscape.
• Based in Cincinnati area is required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify potential leads for Kroger division and qualify against ICP.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and track engagement metrics.
• Design and monitor outbound lead generation campaigns (cold calls, emails).
• Analyze campaign performance and report insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with department head and VP to tailor market-specific leads and proposals.
• Support prospect meetings with research, strategy, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with other market coordinators on multi-customer opportunities.
