Job summary

Glance is redefining consumer discovery with AI-powered, carrier- and OEM-driven marketing in the US. The Lead, Marketing Programs & Partnerships drives partner co-marketing, influencer/agency programs, and marketing operations from our NYC base.

You’ll own relationships, calendars, and budgets, ensuring campaigns hit targets, with high ownership and cross‑functional coordination in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of hands-on marketing, partnerships, or program management experience.
• Strong relationship builder who drives accountability across stakeholders.
• Bias for action in fast-moving environments with limited process.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent calendar, brief, and budget discipline.
• Curiosity about AI, mobile technology, and future of commerce.
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York area; in-office role at NYC HQ.

Responsibilities

• Manage partner co-marketing relationships and calendars.
• Lead partner meetings and campaign reviews end‑to‑end.
• Deploy partner marketing funds and track spend.
• Manage day‑to‑day influencer/agency briefs, timelines, tracking.
• Ensure briefs stay on message and correct drift quickly.
• Oversee swag programs, events, scheduling, and operations.
