Glimpse is revolutionizing back-office workflows for consumer brands through AI-driven deductions management, revenue recovery, and cash application. We’re looking for an ambitious Partner Manager to own a book of partners, source new relationships, and drive qualified introductions that feed our sales pipeline.

You’ll operate with real ownership and forecast against your numbers, joining early in the Ecosystem team to shape how this function scales.

Qualifications

• Extensive network with CFO/CIO/CEO relationships in consumer brands.
• Sharp judgment to assess partner fit.
• Proven sourcing mindset with history of building relationships ahead of transactions.
• Comfort operating inside a metrics-driven environment with a forecast.
• Executive fluency for engaging with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build your book by finding and signing partners with CFO/CIO/CEO access.
• Onboard partners and map their networks to target accounts.
• Generate live introductions to ICP-fit brands that convert to meetings.
• Manage your book like a pipeline with weekly reviews and 30/60/90 day plans.
• Collaborate with sales to hand off introductions and maintain attribution.
• Partner with events to drive marketing activations for referrals.
