Glance is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Growth team in San Mateo, CA. You’ll connect financial strategy, partner relationships, and execution to turn deals into revenue, modeling economics for OEM and Telco partnerships and ensuring on-time delivery across global product and tech teams.

You’ll thrive in ambiguity, drive cross‑functional programs, and turn data into action. Startup DNA and hustle are required; this role is onsite with competitive compensation and RSU opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in program or partner management, preferably with device/telecom experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build financial models and own partnership economics.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across distributed teams (US/India a plus).
• Experience with OEMs, Telcos, or System Integrators and distribution economics.

Responsibilities

• Track and drive growth levers across Revenue, Device, and DAU.
• Model the economics of device acquisition deals with OEM/Telco partners.
• Equip partner teams with revenue projections and business models.
• Pitch and expand global footprint with OEMs and Telcos in multiple regions.
• Drive execution with product/tech teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with system integrators and partners to drive DAU growth.
