You will own the full partnership cycle—from discovery and qualification to negotiating contracts and handoffs—while translating field learnings into compelling pricing and packaging.

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships or related field.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage home electrification innovators to find high-potential partners.
• Co-develop capabilities with partner product teams, beyond selling Light’s existing platform.
• Own the full partnership cycle: discovery, monetization, contract structuring, and handoff to success teams.
• Qualify opportunities to ensure real partner fit and timely engagement.
• Iterate on go-to-market strategies, refining pitches and collateral for this buyer type.
