Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Specialist to bridge internal stakeholders with the partnerships & events team and the broader client organization. You’ll assist in activating strategic marketing partnerships and events from sponsorship and event logistics perspectives in a hybrid Chicago role.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills, and comfort interfacing with executives and partners at the highest

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in marketing, sponsorships, hospitality or project management.
• Proficient with Monday.com, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Willing to travel up to 20% for events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and deliverables.
• Monitor timelines, resources, and budgets for successful completion.
• Coordinate weekly calls with sponsorship properties and track ticket requests.
• Manage event budgets and logistics for hospitality and events.
• Recap events with ROI and outcomes.
