As a Partnerships & Events Manager, you will be responsible for leading influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and event activations to enhance Manière De Voir’s presence in the fashion industry. You’ll work closely with the Marketing and Social teams to build impactful relationships with influencers, VIPs, and brand partners, while also overseeing the execution of high-profile events. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative thinker with a passion for fashion, influencer marketing, and experiential brand-building.

What You’ll Do

Influencer & Brand Partnerships

• Develop and execute a strategic influencer marketing plan, identifying key talent to elevate the brand’s image.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, celebrities, and VIPs, ensuring authentic brand representation.
• Lead contract negotiations and campaign planning with influencers and agencies, ensuring partnerships align with business objectives.
• Work with the Social Media and Creative teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand messaging and aesthetics.
• Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future partnerships.

Events & Brand Activations

• Plan, manage, and execute brand events, pop-ups, and activations to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Develop event concepts and strategies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to secure venues, talent, and sponsorships.
• Oversee event logistics, from budgeting and timelines to guest lists and post-event reporting.
• Ensure events generate high-quality social and PR coverage, maximising reach and impact.

Talent & Community Engagement

• Cultivate relationships with emerging and established influencers, ensuring they feel connected to the brand.
• Work closely with stylists, press, and industry insiders to increase Manière De Voir’s presence in key fashion spaces.
• Identify opportunities for co-branded collaborations, ambassador programs, and exclusive partnerships.

• You have 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, PR, or events within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
• You have a strong network of influencers, content creators, and industry contacts.
• You’re a natural relationship builder and can confidently negotiate partnerships.
• You have experience managing large-scale events and activations, with strong project management skills.
• You’re a creative thinker who understands how to align influencers, events, and partnerships with brand strategy.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and are adaptable to last-minute changes.
