Nasdaq is seeking a Listings Partnership Coordinator to turn partnership visions into operational reality, supporting research, coordination, and execution across ecosystems. The role emphasizes organization, multi-workstream management, and relationship-building at the intersection of capital markets and innovation.

Reporting to the Head of Listings Partnerships, you will draft proposals, coordinate timelines, and contribute to post-event follow-ups while helping build community engagement

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in partnerships, events, marketing, business development, or a related coordination-heavy role.
• Self-starter mentality - proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
• Interest in capital markets, the innovation ecosystem, and/or the IPO landscape.

Responsibilities

• Research & Intelligence: conduct research on prospective partnership opportunities including conferences, VC firms, media platforms, content creators, and partner events.
• Coordination & Operations: manage partnership timelines, deliverables, and internal stakeholder communications to keep workstreams on track.
• Execution & Activation Support: support end-to-end coordination of ecosystem events, sponsored activations, and conference partnerships.
• Measurement & Reporting: track partnership outcomes and compile data to inform quarterly reviews and future planning.
