The Listings Client Engagement Team is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Listings Partnership Coordinator to support the execution of partnerships at Nasdaq. Reporting to the Head of Listings Partnerships, this role turns partnership vision into operational reality — supporting the research, coordination, and execution that enables the team to move quickly across ecosystems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, intellectually curious, comfortable managing multiple workstreams, and energized by the intersection of capital markets, innovation, and relationship-building.
2–4 years of experience in partnerships, events, marketing, business development, or a related coordination-heavy role Self-starter mentality — proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfort working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders Interest in capital markets, the innovation ecosystem, and/or the IPO landscape Come as You Are

The base pay range for this role is $71,000 - $121,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
