About Willful

Willful makes estate planning easy, affordable, and accessible for every Canadian. Since 2017, over 400,000 people have trusted us to help them build their legal estate documents.

Partnerships are a vital driver of Willful’s growth engine. They help us open doors to new audiences, collaborate with brands our customers trust, and are a meaningful revenue stream for Willful. Equally important, we create lasting, measurable value alongside our partners.

By teaming up with Willful, partners can expand their offer with a trusted, modern estate planning solution that seamlessly deepens customer engagement, unlocks new revenue opportunities, and solves a real, high-priority need for their audience. Together, we create win-win relationships that drive real impact for both of our businesses and the Canadians we serve.

The Role

We're looking for an organized and proactive Partnerships Coordinator who can tackle projects from brief to final delivery while keeping a lot of moving pieces on track. This is a hands-on, execution role at the heart of our partnerships team.

This is an operational and supporting role. You'll be the internal engine that keeps our partnerships running day to day.

To thrive in Willful’s remote-first environment on a small, agile, two-person partnerships team, you will need to be resourceful, proactive, curious, have a bias to action, and be open to direct, clear feedback. If you are someone who requires a lot of continuous oversight, or who needs work to be assigned before you act, this may not be the ideal environment for you.

What You’ll Do

1. Partnership Operations & Advisor Sales

  • Run operations smoothly, from order processing and month-end reconciliations to invoicing, briefs, and follow-ups.
  • Build repeatable scalable workflows, keep documentation up to date, and automate routine tasks using AI and modern software tools.
  • Create professional partner decks, one-pagers, and clear performance updates.
  • Support our Willful for Professionals platform for financial advisors, including supporting with inbound sales materials and meetings

2. Campaign Execution & Asset Creation

  • Design and produce campaign assets across multiple mediums, including static graphics, short-form video, co-branded emails, and social channels.
  • Ship campaigns on time while keeping internal parties informed, aligned, and accountable.
  • Bring fresh, practical creative ideas to the table for new partner activations.

3. Performance & Impact

  • Track partner-sourced revenue and transaction volume.
  • Build and refine reporting across all partnership channels.
  • Share honest, straightforward updates on what is working and what isn'
