Job summary

Road Runner Sports is seeking a Community Outreach Partnership Sales partner to drive partnerships with local health and wellness leaders and to bring the Road Runner Sports experience to partner communities in the San Diego County area.

You will plan events, support on-site and off-site activations, and collaborate with store teams to expand remote opportunities while tracking ROI and outcomes. A passion for running and active living is essential, with 3–5 years in sales or outreach preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of goal-driven sales, community outreach, or partnerships.
• Ability to build relationships that generate measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic partnerships with chiropractors, therapists, fitness coaches, hospitals, corporate groups, and community organizations.
• Plan and execute on-site and off-site events, wellness activations, and community activations to bring the brand to life.
• Collaborate with store teams to expand remote retail opportunities and drive ROI.
