Job summary

Fleet Feet in West Lafayette is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to connect the local running and fitness community with the Fleet Feet brand. The role blends community relationships with in-store engagement to grow brand awareness and sales.

You will partner with Store Leadership and local partners to plan events, manage social media and local marketing, and ensure staff are informed about outreach programs. Some evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Experience in run specialty retail, community outreach, or fitness roles.
• Existing connections in local running or wellness community is a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays for events.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local running groups and fitness stakeholders.
• Plan and execute community events to promote in-store engagement and sales.
• Coordinate with regional marketing to align local outreach with campaigns.
• Manage social media, website content, and local marketing assets.
• Represent Fleet Feet across community interactions.
