Job summary

Fit2Run is seeking an In-Store Community Specialist to blend community building with retail duties. You will engage with the local running community, plan events, and work closely with the Store Manager and Community Marketing Coordinator to drive traffic and elevate the brand both inside and outside the store.

You will split time between community outreach and retail floor tasks, delivering a high-energy, customer-first experience and coordinating with coaches, athletes, and wellness partners

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local run clubs, race directors, fitness studios, and wellness partners.
• Collaborate to secure race packet pickup partnerships.
• Plan and lead in-store events like group runs, workshops, and brand activations.
• Partner with coaches, athletes, and fitness professionals to create meaningful community experiences.
• Represent Fit2Run at races, expos, and community events.
• Support marketing by promoting events on social media and in-store channels.
• Contribute to Doctor’s Program outreach and event planning (Doctor Nights).
• Track participation, engagement, and partnership success.
