NoGigiddy is seeking a Partnership Outreach Coordinator for a fully remote role. You will identify and cultivate relationships with brands, platforms, and creators aligned with our mission, using outbound channels to initiate conversations.

No degree is required and strong communication, persistence, and CRM familiarity are essential. You'll manage a growing outreach pipeline, coordinate intro calls, and prepare proposals for partnership opportunities, contributing to our growth and earning

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication — you write emails people actually respond to.
• Organized and persistent — follow-up is where deals get made.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and basic outreach tracking.
• Self-starter who can manage a pipeline with minimal oversight.
• Interest in the gig economy, creator economy, or digital marketing space.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential brand, platform, and creator partnership opportunities.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and direct message to initiate conversations.
• Maintain a pipeline of active outreach and follow up persistently and professionally.
• Coordinate intro calls and pitch meetings for senior team members.
• Keep the CRM updated with contact records, outreach history, and deal status.
• Draft partnership proposals and one-pagers for review and approval.
• Track and report on outreach metrics — emails sent, replies, calls booked, deals closed.
