Job summary

NoGigiddy is hiring a Partnership Outreach Coordinator to identify and cultivate relationships with brands, platforms, and creators aligning with our mission. You’ll lead outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and DMs, maintain a robust pipeline, and coordinate intro calls for senior team members.

No degree is required; you must have excellent written communication, be organized and persistent, and comfortable with CRM tools. This role is fully remote with growth opportunities in partnerships.

• Keep the CRM updated with contact records, outreach history, and deal status.
• Draft partnership proposals and one-pagers for review and approval.
• Track and report on outreach metrics — emails sent, replies, calls booked, deals closed.

REQUIREMENTS

• No degree required
• Excellent written communication — you write emails people actually respond to
• Organized and persistent — follow-up is where deals get made
• Comfortable with CRM tools and basic outreach tracking
• Self-starter who can manage a pipeline with minimal oversight
• Interest in the gig economy, creator economy, or digital marketing space
