NoGigiddy is hiring a Partnership Outreach Coordinator who will identify and contact brands, platforms, and creators aligned with our mission. This remote role emphasizes outbound outreach, CRM-driven workflow, and relationship-building to drive growth.

You will maintain a robust outreach pipeline, schedule intro calls, and craft partnership proposals while working in a fully remote environment with potential growth into business development or strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• Excellent written communication—emails people respond to.
• Organized and persistent—follow-up drives deals.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and basic outreach tracking.
• Self-starter who can manage a pipeline with minimal oversight.
• Interest in the gig economy, creator economy, or digital marketing space.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential brand, platform, and creator partnership opportunities.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and direct message to initiate conversations.
• Maintain a pipeline of active outreach and follow up persistently and professionally.
• Coordinate intro calls and pitch meetings for senior team members.
• Keep the CRM updated with contact records, outreach history, and deal status.
• Draft partnership proposals and one-pagers for review and approval.
• Track and report on outreach metrics — emails sent, replies, calls booked, deals closed.
