MSG Entertainment Corp. is seeking a Coordinator to support corporate partnerships across MSGE, MSGS, and Moynihan Train Hall assets. You will manage activation trackers, scheduling, hospitality experiences, and partner communications to ensure seamless execution.
You will collaborate with Directors to plan and execute multi-property accounts, maintain Salesforce data, and deliver on-site activations that meet MSG standards. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in related roles are preferred.

The Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the management of a variety of valuable corporate partners. The Coordinator will manage single and multi-property deals with activation, branding, hospitality and signage-based assets.
The Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, tracking and executing all partnership experiences within their assigned accounts. The Coordinator will also assist in the delivery of marketing programs, events, experiences and/or hospitality that may exist in-arena, in-market or online. This role will also provide administrative support for the team vertical.
