Job summary

Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. is hiring a Temp Associate in the Partnership Operations team to support activations for the Christmas Spectacular portfolio at MSG venues.

You will assist in asset delivery, client relations, and on-site event support across hospitality, signage, and digital assets. The role requires 0–3 years in account management or related fields, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years in account management, partnership marketing, sponsorship, or event operations.
• Event planning or on-site event management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital platforms.
• Strong organizational and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and execution of contractual assets for assigned partners.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to drive initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day partner account tasks including reports, budgets, and planning calls.
• Assist with on-site activations and hospitality during events.
• Support ticket requests, assets tracking, and post-event recap reporting.
• Help track partner digital and social assets and performance.
• Deliver exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and the MSG team.
