Job summary

U.S. Ski & Snowboard Association in Park City, UT is seeking a Regional Team Manager to oversee operations across Western and Rocky/Central regions. You will work with Alpine Development leadership to deliver programs, policies, and services to members in an organized, timely manner.

The role requires coordinating calendars, managing regional projects, and supporting meetings, training and competitions. Hybrid work on-site with in-office days offers flexibility and athlete access.

Qualifications

• U.S. Ski & Snowboard Coach or Official certification preferred.
• Experience with the Alpine program.
• Proven ability to complete tasks and manage projects.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Western and Rocky/Central regions.
• Support scheduling and regional calendars.
• Manage regional race registrations and entries.
• Coordinate meetings and distribute agendas and minutes.
• Assist in annual budgeting and financial reconciliation.
• Provide regional support for meetings, training, and competitions.
