Hostinger is seeking a Partnerships Director to lead influencer and affiliate strategies across global markets. You will build a high-performing team, drive growth, and manage strategic partnerships with a focus on Asia and other international markets.

You’ll shape the partnerships roadmap, optimize campaigns, negotiate high-impact deals, and collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to scale revenue while fostering a data-driven culture.

As Partnership Director, you'll lead and empower a high-performing team to achieve ambitious financial KPIs through strategic direction, streamlined processes, knowledge sharing, and performance marketing expertise. Backed by a substantial budget and extensive company knowledge, you'll drive the partnerships strategy, strengthen team performance, and identify and scale new partnership opportunities across emerging markets.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Lead, mentor, and provide continuous feedback for a team of brilliant and highly motivated professionals.
• Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers and affiliates (focus - Asian markets).
• Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships.
• Conduct negotiations both: internally and externally to materialize high-impact deals.
• Nurture the existing relationships with partners to deepen the partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales.
• Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns.
• Work together with product heads to find and exploit business cases inside markets.
• Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Measure, analyze, and optimize the performance.
• Report and identify areas of new opportunities.
• Leverage data to drive actionable decisions that inform and help the business grow.
• Report on goals progress, forecasts, results, and challenges.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED:

• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience working with digital performance marketing.
• Proven experience in partnership management (influencer, affiliate marketing).
• Experience working with Asia or global markets would be considered an advantage.
• Sharp sales, and analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools.
• High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness.
• Perfect spoken and written communication in English language.
• Experience working with international tech/digital products would be considered an advantage.

The Influencer Partnerships team drives measurable business growth by building strong, long-term relationships with creators. Our focus is on scaling markets, acquiring new clients, and helping our partners succeed through the right guidance, tools, and support.

You’ll work closely with Partnership Managers and the Partnerships Operations team, which supports the day-to-day technical side of our partnerships. Depending on the market and initiative, we also collaborate with Creative, YouTube, SEO, Affiliates, Finance, Product, Data, Paid Media, and other teams across Hostinger.

Together, we combine strong partnerships, experimentation, and performance insights to create opportunities that drive sustainable growth.
