Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to evaluate marketing spend, build attribution models, and deliver insights that guide channels. You’ll shape processes from the ground up, partner with marketing, and drive data-informed decisions using SQL, Tableau, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data/marketing analytics or similar role.
• Hands-on SQL expertise and ability to write/optimize queries.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau) and other BI tools.
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, channels, and attribution concepts.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data to business decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with technical and non-technical teams.
• Results-driven mindset with high standards for analytical quality and speed.
• Bonus: Amplitude or other product analytics experience.
• Extra points for Python or A/B testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own analytical projects end-to-end from approach to delivering actionable insights and measurement.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Turn data into game-changing insights by partnering with marketing teams to solve complex problems, uncover growth opportunities and drive data-informed decisions.
• Own analytical projects end-to-end, from defining the right approach to delivering actionable insights and measuring impact.
• Get hands-on with data using SQL, Tableau, and various AI tools to extract, analyze, and visualize it while ensuring data integrity.
• Partner with marketing leaders across Affiliates, Influencers, PPC, SEO, Product Marketing and other teams to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Collaborate with our Data Platform team to ensure data availability, improve analytical workflows and deliver scalable solutions.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, marketing analyst or similar role
• Hands-on SQL expertise - you can write queries, create and optimize dashboard models. Basically, ChatGPT asks you to check queries
• Proficiency in data visualization tools - we use Tableau, but experience with other tools works too
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including marketing channels and attribution concepts
• Strong business acumen – you can connect data and insights to business goals and translate them into impactful decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – you can explain complex data simply and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• A results-driven mindset with high standards for analytical quality and speed of delivery
• Bonus: Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics tools
• Extra points for: experience with Python or A/B testing experience

Compensation from €5,000 gross/month, depending on your experience and skills.
