Job summary

HomeWorks Energy seeks a Partnership Coordinator to develop and manage partnerships across Massachusetts and Connecticut, including CFP communities and retail partners. This full-time hybrid role will help expand lead generation and partnership initiatives.

You will support proposals, marketing materials, and reporting while coordinating with the Channel Partnership Manager. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook calendar, and Teams.
  • Ability to learn Salesforce and scheduling software like Sling.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills across various platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new partners through cold-calling, in-person visits, and email.
  • Assist in development of proposals, grant writing, and contracts for new partnerships.
  • Support cultivation of relationships with statewide stakeholders to increase lead generation.
  • Serve as primary contact for existing partners, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Initiate co-branded marketing materials for partnerships.
  • Collaborate with retail and municipality partners to secure events and tabling opportunities.
  • Monitor partner satisfaction and address issues to maintain partnerships.
  • Coordinate partner events, meetings, and engagement activities.
  • Maintain partnership data and generate reports in Salesforce and Excel.
  • Work cross-departmentally to ensure partner success.
  • Aid in creating marketing materials and develop outreach strategies.
  • Handle invoicing for third-party organizations and distribute MOUs.

Job Summary:

The Partnership Coordinator is responsible for developing and facilitating productive partnerships in Massachusetts and Connecticut, including CFP communities as well as local and national retail partnerships as assigned.

Essential Functions:

  • New Partnership Coordination:
    • Generate new partners through various channels such as cold-calling, in-person visits, and email.
    • Assist in the development of proposals, grant writing, and contract updates to establish new partnerships with appropriate organizations with oversight from Channel Partnership Manager.
    • Support the cultivation of relationships with statewide internal and external stakeholders to increase lead generation and partnership initiatives.
  • Partnership Support:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partners, ensuring strong relationships through regular communication and engagement.
    • Initiate co-branded marketing materials such as direct mailers, flyers, tri-folds, door hangers, canvassing vests, etc., to be utilized in the partnership community throughout the campaign.
    • Collaborate with current and future retail and municipality partners to secure tabling opportunities in medium-to-high-traffic areas.
    • Assist in monitoring partner satisfaction and performance, proactively addressing any issues or concerns to maintain successful partnerships.
    • Coordinate partner events, meetings, and other engagement activities to strengthen relationships and mutual valu
    • Maintain accurate partnership information and generate reports utilizing Salesforce and Excel.
    • Work cross-departmentally to ensure partner success.
  • Project Support:
    • Aid in various projects to produce professional marketing materials such as direct mailers, flyers, signage, and social media content.
    • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to develop new outreach strategies for existing partnerships.
    • Handle invoicing for third-party organizations, distribute Memorandums of Understanding (MOU’s) for new and existing partnerships.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Education & Experience:
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook calendar, and Teams.
  • Ability to learn new platforms such as Salesforce and scheduling software like Sling.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This is an individual contributor position with no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment: (will be exposed to the following)
  • Hybrid position: This position is a flexible work model that combines remote and on-site work. When working remotely, the employee is required to have a workspace free of distraction during work hours to perform job duties.
  • Indoor & Outdoor Environment: This position requires working both indoors and outdoors at retail and other designated locations (farmer's markets, town events). Weather conditions will vary based on the season.
Physical Demands:
  • Requires sitting at a desk for long periods of time, performing tasks on a computer, the ability to move within the office to attend meetings, access equipment, or interact with colleagues.
  • Requires walking to designated location, standing for long periods of time, as well as bending, crawling, and carrying and assembling equipment up to 60 lbs. for each event, and engaging with a large number of individuals.
  • This job may require travel in a personal vehicle.

Compensation: $20 - $30 per hour + potential for additional $95 per week in incentives
