Job summary

Homeworks Energy is seeking candidates for field sales roles in Massachusetts. Base pay starts at $24/hr with total pay potential $24–$35/hr when commissions are included, and top performers can earn $1,000+ per week in commission.

Responsibilities include knocking on doors to promote no-cost energy assessments, scheduling Mass Save appointments, and traveling up to an hour with mileage reimbursement. Training is provided and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• People skills from sales, retail, or customer service.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18+.
• Comfortable talking to new people and traveling up to 1 hour.

• Schedule customers for Home Energy Assessments through the Mass Save Program.
• Arrive to assigned neighborhoods on time and ready to go.
