Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. in Massachusetts is hiring canvassers to promote no-cost home energy assessments through the Mass Save program. You will knock on doors, schedule assessments, and travel to neighborhoods within about an hour, all while earning base pay and commission.

The role offers a flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, paid training and holidays, and opportunities for fast-track career growth in a team that values energy efficiency and community outreach.

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Comfortable talking to new people and traveling up to 1 hour.

• Knock on 60+ doors a day, talking to residents about no-cost home energy assessments
• Schedule customers for Home Energy Assessments through the Mass Save Program
• Arrive to assigned neighborhoods on time and ready to go
• Drive to canvassing locations up to 1 hour away (mileage reimbursed!)
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings

What You'll Earn:

Base pay of $24/hr, with total average pay reaching $24–$35/hr when commission is factored in — with top performers earning $1,000+/week in commission alone!

What You Need:
