Qualifications

• 3-5 years of litigation experience at a law firm.
• Experience with complex commercial litigation, employment litigation, or other sophisticated defense-side matters.
• Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Experience managing multiple matters simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and case management abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and teamwork.
• Interest in business development and building a long-term practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and other court filings.
• Handle written discovery and develop e-discovery strategies.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
• Prepare witnesses and exhibits for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial.
• Lead or significantly participate in mediations and trials.
• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on case strategy.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys.
• Contribute to client development and long-term practice growth.
