Qualifications

• 3–5 years of defense-side complex litigation experience
• Experience handling complex matters from inception to resolution
• Strong writing, analytical and advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and respond to pleadings
• Manage written and electronic discovery, including e-discovery strategy
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
• Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses and exhibits
• Lead or participate in mediations and trials; mentor junior attorneys
