Executive Staffing Group (ESG) is seeking a Partner – Technical Accounting, Capital Markets & CFO Advisory to lead a strategic advisory practice serving middle-market to public companies. The role combines deep technical accounting, SEC reporting, IFRS, and capital markets expertise with a strong commercial orientation.

The Partner will advise CFOs and Audit Committees, originate new business, develop talent, and scale the CFO Advisory capabilities across the firm.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and IFRS accounting.
• Proven ability to originate engagements and grow advisory revenue.
• Strong executive presence with CFOs and Audit Committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of the Technical Accounting, Capital Markets, and CFO Advisory practice.
• originate new client relationships and expand existing ones across market segments.
• Oversee technical accounting research and complex advisory engagements.
• Advise on IPO readiness, capital markets transactions, and SEC filings.
• Mentor and develop junior professionals while ensuring client satisfaction.
