Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist for a hybrid role based in the United States with onsite work 3 days a week at multiple locations including Scottsdale, AZ. You will create complete technology solutions, engage with reseller and internal partners, and identify opportunities that move deals forward.

The role emphasizes strong communication, initiative, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on delivering value through supported services and adjacent technology

Qualifications

• Formal education or hands-on experience with technology products preferred.
• Effective communication skills with multiple levels of customers, reseller partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and associated software.
• Ability to follow direction while also taking initiative when needed.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to receive constructive feedback as an opportunity to improve.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year degree preferred.
• Three years of general experience or two years of functional experience preferred.
• Ability to apply acquired job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build complete technology solutions and identify opportunities to help partners complete the sale with appropriate products and services.
• Respond to reseller and internal partner requests expediently and efficiently through email, phone, online chat, and Microsoft calendar bookings.
• Identify key opportunity details, including budget, end-user information, business need, and close date.
• Expand opportunities by recommending services, support, warranty, maintenance, and adjacent technology options.
• Support cross-sell conversations by identifying additional products or services that strengthen the overall solution.
• Maintain productivity, engagement, and service-level metrics while delivering a consistent partner experience.
