Check is hiring a partner-support focused role in the United States to assist payroll partners with written communication, issue investigation, and SLA adherence.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Tax, and Risk to troubleshoot issues, identify recurring questions, and help drive solutions that unblock partners quickly. The team is distributed across the US and offers remote, hybrid, or in-office options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client- or partner-facing role.
• 1+ years working with payroll or payroll tech.
• Strong written communication and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional partner support via written communication, handling high volume while meeting SLAs.
• Investigate complex payroll problems, trace root causes, and drive resolution with ownership.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Tax, Risk and other teams to troubleshoot issues and unblock partners.
• Surface patterns and friction points to improve documentation, workflows, and product behavior.
