Job summary

Check is seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to join our Operations team. You will triage and resolve complex partner escalations across payroll, tax, compliance, and money movement, delivering high-touch service to our largest partners and shaping scalable workflows.

You will work with Ops, Product, and Engineering to improve processes, surface risks, and drive cross-functional improvements in a fast-moving, knowledge-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, service delivery, or related roles.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or Fintech environment is ideal.
• Ability to operate with urgency and ownership in fast-moving settings.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience using structured data to identify trends and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve complex partner escalations across payroll, tax, compliance, and money movement.
• Monitor partner channels and respond with urgency and clarity.
• Deliver high-touch service to a portfolio of Check's largest partners.
• Identify root causes from escalations and propose improvements across product and process.
• Surface risks and priorities to leadership to reduce partner friction.
• Collaborate with Ops, Product, and Engineering to close edge-case loops.
