Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 4 years in supply chain and/or customer service, preferably in manufacturing operations.
  • Proven ability to manage schedule commitments for an identified customer group.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, timelines, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to implement solutions to keep production moving.
  • Self-starter with initiative to drive project completion.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the partner community and build trust via proactive, transparent communication.
  • Orchestrate production by maintaining queue awareness, prioritizing work, and mitigating delays.
  • Conduct weekly portfolio reviews and document progress.
  • Manage risk-based outreach to evaluate partner fitness and production plans for high-risk jobs.
  • Escalate significant risks to maintain organizational results.
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert for the Partner Success Team.
  • Resolve production blockers using knowledge of manufacturing technologies.
  • Identify and resolve issues, including managing RMA projects.
  • Negotiate financial reclamations from non-conformance or late deliveries.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and PD&T teams.
  • Ensure adherence to quality management systems and safety policies.
  • Provide peer support during peak periods to facilitate throughput and operational success.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain and/or customer service, preferably in manufacturing operations
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and meeting schedule commitments by managing expectations of an identified customer group
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, timelines, and documentation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement solutions keeping production underway
  • Self-starter with a take-charge attitude and ability to independently drive project completion
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Understanding of the communication platform’s interface
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in ERP tools and communication software
  • Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
  • Experience working with Xometry's digital marketplace or similar platforms (preferred)
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Sheets (preferred)
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
