Job summary

PostcardMania, PCM Integrations Division, in Clearwater, FL, is seeking a Channel Sales Associate to grow revenue by educating partners and promoting direct mail within a marketing technology ecosystem. This full-time, in-office role reports to the PCM Integrations Division and offers on-the-job training in a high-energy workplace.

You will build partner education, create marketing collateral, coordinate campaigns, and host webinars while traveling to tradeshows as needed.

Qualifications

• Becoming fluent in the direct mail marketing space and partner education.
• Able to present information clearly to partners and internal teams.
• Demonstrated initiative, autonomy, and result-driven attitude.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel for tradeshows and partner engagements.

Responsibilities

• Educate partners on direct mail statistics, effectiveness, and real-world use cases.
• Build and deliver marketing materials, one-pagers, case studies, and video walkthroughs for partners.
• Coordinate co-branded campaigns with the internal marketing team and schedule webinars/podcasts.
• Host small-group training webinars for partner teams to deepen product knowledge.
• Proactively reach out to partners via phone/email/LinkedIn to reactivate dormant accounts.
