Job summary

PostcardMania in Clearwater, FL is hiring a Direct Mail Advisor to help clients set up and launch their first campaigns, connect our platform with their existing tools, and build habits that drive ongoing usage.

You’ll receive paid training, join a fun, high-energy team, and earn $19 per hour with bonus potential, rising to $21 per hour after a 90-day review. Previous marketing or SaaS experience is a plus, but not required, and we value curiosity, coachability, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across phone, email, and video.
• Curious and coachable; quick to learn new software.
• Able to juggle quick orders and longer setup conversations.
• Comfortable asking questions and guiding customers toward the next step.

Responsibilities

• Guide users through setup and launching their first campaign.
• Close users on ongoing usage and future orders.
• Maintain clean records of orders, setups, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with partner agencies managing direct mail for multiple clients.
• Help clients maximize value from direct mail and track usage and revenue growth.
• Suggest best practices to improve campaigns.

We integrate with software companies, CRMs, and marketing tools across the country and help them provide value by mailing smarter, faster, and easier than ever.

Your Mission

As our Direct Mail Advisor, your mission is to help our clients win with direct mail. You'll guide users through setting up and sending their first campaigns, get them comfortable connecting our platform to the tools they already use, and help them build habits that turn a one-time order into ongoing usage. As you grow in the role, you'll take on more—including working with partner agencies who manage direct mail on behalf of their own clients.

Compensation

$19 + bonus to start (goes up to $21/hr after training with 90 day review) Paid training included

• As you grow in the role, close and support partner agencies managing direct mail for multiple clients at once
• Constantly look for ways to help clients get more value out of direct mail—and track your success by the usage and revenue growth you create
