Job summary

Gyde is seeking a technically hands-on Partner Success Specialist to deploy GydeOS in newly acquired agencies. You’ll map books of business, wire CRM connections, configure commissions, and tune Gia the AI agent for each carrier and workflow.

You’ll also stand up lightweight dashboards and automation to support downline brokers and drive rapid value realization. You’ll be embedded with agencies, running point on technical stand-ups, solving data challenges, and developing repeatable playbooks

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical, field-facing role owning client-side configuration end to end.
• Experience with data integration, scripting, and lightweight automation is required.
• Comfort with AI coding tools and analytics for operational leverage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GydeOS integration for newly acquired agencies.
• Configure integrations between GydeOS, CRM, commissions, and contracting modules.
• Build lightweight BI views and dashboards for real-time health checks.
• Triage and resolve inbound post-go-live support and data issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to improve playbooks.
