Job summary

Gyde Health, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Partner Success Specialist to implement GydeOS across newly acquired agencies. You will map each agency's book of business, connect CRM, configure commission logic, and tune Gia to the agency’s carriers and workflows.

This is a deploy-and-drive role embedded with agencies to deliver fast value. You’ll train agents, build scalable enablement collateral, and sustain ongoing support with a focus on repeatable playbooks and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical, field-facing role (solutions engineering, implementor, or technical CSE) with end-to-end customer configuration experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data validation, cleanup, and light scripting.
• Experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Codex/Claude Code) to accelerate workstreams.
• Experience building BI/analytics views to give stakeholders visibility into processes.
• Bias toward executing repeatable playbooks over bespoke solutions; strong troubleshooting instincts.
• Strong client-facing presence and ability to travel to portfolio agencies (~25%).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GydeOS stand-up for each agency, from kickoff to go-live.
• Integrate GydeOS with agency CRM and migrate data using the conversion playbook.
• Configure commissions, contracts, and agent behaviors per agency.
• Build lightweight BI views and dashboards to monitor integration health.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve inbound agency support requests post-go-live.
