The Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) seeks a Partner SuccessAdvisor to lead strategic relationships with Corporate Partners. You will align HBA solutions with partner priorities, and drive measurable value through executive engagement.
In this role you will develop Joint Success Plans, conduct quarterly business reviews, forecast revenue, and coordinate cross-functional delivery to strengthen partnerships and growth for HBA’s enterprise members.

The Partner SuccessAdvisor(PSA) serves as the strategic relationship leader for a portfolio of HBA Corporate Partners. Acting as a trusted advisor and extension of each partner's team, the PSAaligns HBA solutions with organizational priorities, develops executive relationships, and creates measurable value through enterprise partnership management. Unlike a traditional account management role, this position combines strategic consulting, customer success, business development, and relationship leadership to strengthen partnerships, expand enterprise engagement, and drive sustainable revenue growth.The Partner SuccessAdvisoris a strategic growth leader responsible for maximizing the value of HBA's Corporate Partner relationships. Through trusted advisory, strategic planning, AI-enabled account management, and cross-functional collaboration, this roledeepensenterprise partnerships, expands organizational engagement, and contributes directly to HBA's long-term growth and mission.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, ora related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Sevenor more years in enterprise account management, customer success, strategic partnerships, consulting, healthcare, SaaS, or association management.
At least three years of direct responsibility for executive-level relationships, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts, or complex organizational partnerships.
Demonstrated experience developing strategic account plans, leading executive business reviews, managing revenue forecasts, and coordinating cross-functional solution delivery.
Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft 365, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
