Job summary

ClassLink, Inc. is hiring a Partner Solutions Engineer in the United States to own partner integrations from discovery through implementation and ongoing support.

You will translate partner requirements into secure, scalable solutions using ClassLink products and standards. Expect to troubleshoot complex auth and data exchange issues and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or systems integration.
• Experience with web APIs (REST, JSON, CSV).
• Experience using AI-assisted development/tools for scripts or automations.
• Understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex multi-system issues and drive resolution.
• Experience gathering tech requirements and turning them into implementation plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own partner integration projects end-to-end from discovery to post-implementation.
• Design and deliver standard SSO and rostering integrations (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LTI, OneRoster, Ed-Fi).
• Map partner needs to ClassLink capabilities and suggest practical integration approaches.
• Troubleshoot auth, rostering, APIs, and data exchange issues independently.
• Manage partner relationships and provide guidance on integration best practices.
• Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve needs and manage escalations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation guides.
• Track work and blockers in Salesforce and Linear; communicate timelines clearly.
• Develop financial models and business cases for integrations.
